Here is the scenario.
As i was not able to meet the financial requirement to sponsor my parents and my in-laws, i applied for my parents first and they became PR in 2011 but it got expired in Feb 2016 so now can i sponsor my in-laws or i have to surrender my parents PR first and then apply for my in-laws.

My Parents PR card is expired so do we need to surrender or its automatically get cancelled since we didn't renewed it. |
