You must send your Notices of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for the past three years. Note that your Notice of Assessment from last year may not yet be available, so you will need to provide your Notices of Assessment for the three previous consecutive years.
- Read the instruction guide to find out which Notices of Assessment you must provide.
- If you do not have a paper copy of your Notice of Assessment on file, you can view (and print) your tax return as well as other personal tax information using the CRA’s My Account online service.
