Topic: Status of PR Card after Resubmission of Photos

I landed in Toronto on Sept 4 2017 and submitted my COPR for my first PR card.

I received a notification on 30th Oct that my picture did not meet the specifications and I sent the new pictures to the Nova Scotia address on the very same day.,

It has been over 3 weeks since then and there hasn't been any response.

Also, due to a personal reason I had to return to my home country on 9th Nov.

Is there a contact number for CIC that can be reached from outside North America so that I can track the status of my application?

Or is there any other method to reach out to them?
