Dear Anna, I have a similar question reguarding my return to Canada. i am outside of Canada and have been for a period of time and now am planning my return. I do not want trouble when i plan my return. i checked the website listed above and it said that if a person like my self has been a PR holder for more that five years then the five year period is calculated on a rolling basis. I am a bit confused what that means. Does that mean previous five years from the date I return to Canada.? I have been a PR holder from October 22 2005. I was planning to return to Canada this year around April 2019. What is the 5 year period i should consider? I would appreciate a reply. Samita |
