Extremely Slow Service-Credential Evaluation

Hi,
I applied to WES for education assessment 6 months ago. The service mentioned that I could get the transcripts from universities in a sealed envelope and post it to WES. After doing this, they put the evaluation on hold until they get the verification from universities. It's been 4 months and they have not been able to get the verification from one of my universities.
If they were planning to do the verification, why didn't they ask the university to send the transcripts in the first place and if they need verification from university why do they not have processes in place to get the verification on time. They tell me they send the mail and email to university every 7 weeks, which has clearly not worked. They should be calling universities to speed up the verification process. That is what they are charging the students for.
Anyone requesting for education assessment is on time crunch and need to apply to universities and immigration on time. If they do not receive the evaluation on time it is quite useless. I understand they are doing this to prevent fraud, but to most of the honest students this feels like harassment as we need to get admissions to university or we just wasted a year.
Therefore, I would like to humbly request you to change the process around the evaluation and speed up the process or do not charge students until they are ready to provide a proper service.
