Hi,
1. Can a non-resident Canadian citizen working in the US on H1B visa sponsor his/her spouse for PR without plans to immigrate to Canada after PR is approved?
2. If the PR is approved and we don't end up moving to Canada will my spouse meet the Citizenship requirements since she is accompanying me outside Canada?

Hi,
1. Can a non-resident Canadian Citizen Sponsor PR to Spouse while both are working and residing in the USA on work permits (H1B)?
2. What are type documents are required for demonstrating intent to move to Canada after PR is approved?
3. What happens if the Sponsor and the spouse fail to move immediately to Canada after the PR is approved due to the job situation? Can the move be delayed for a few years?
