Problem with My WES Evaluation Report

Hi guys
My documents were delivered to WES on 19th July. Since then evaluation status hasn't changed. Still shows "on hold awaiting your documents". I've phoned them 2 weeks ago and they promised to escalate the case but still no change. I've sent few emails regarding my case and none were responded to. This is quite worrying considering that in 6 weeks no one even bothered to open my file.
please advise.
