Hello there,
My name is Ankita. I received my PR in Canada on April 2023. However, I have not received my initial PR card yet.
I tried contacting IRCC multiple times already via call and web form. They always say they will send it soon. But its been 5months now that I have not received my Initial PR card. As per IRCC tracking, I should have received my PR card in 4-6weeks. I have requested IRCC multiple times that I have to visit my family in the 1st week oct and I cannot travel without my PR card and still they have not sent my PR card. Is there a way I can get help on this situation?
