Im moving to Mississauga from Saudi Arabia and i tried to find a way to import my car with me it has a big vlue for me, its a Jeep Wrangler 2014 (canadian citizen)

Dear Sirs,

I was born in San José, Costa Rica, and was adopted by a Canadian citizen in 1972 at the age of 10. I am now 56 years old, and would like to know if I can still obtain Canadian citizenship through my deceased adoptive father. My deceased adoptive mother was a United States citizen, and I am currently a Permanent Resident in the USA. I have not become a US citizen yet, even though I have lived in the US since 1981. I would prefer to become Canadian, if that is possible.

Please let me know if I would qualify for citizenship, even though I have never lived in Canada.

I moved to Toronto permanently on 30th May and now I have the documents ready to apply so when I apply do you they calculate 90 days from my arrival date in the country which means I am eligible by 30th August? How do they calculate the starting date of the waiting period of 90 days? It is not mentioned anywhere or clear? My first landing was in 2016 but I moved here permanently only this year in May and trying to apply for OHIP now.
Appreciate some advise.

Hi guys I need some help.

1, I already applied for PRTD here in manila but I know to my self that I did not met the RO. i flew back here in the phillipine since aug 2015. But from July 19, 2012 i only have 468 days that i stayed in canada. But Im resident since 2007. Is there any chance that they can approve my PRTD. I stayes here in the Philipines to take care of my 3 nephew and 1 niece. My sister is a single mom and no one can help her to look after her children s i decide to move here to help her the youngest tha time is only 2 years old, we cant just trust those kids to a nanny specially here in th philippines crime is all over you cna juavtrust anyone.Now that they were old enough i decide to go back. Do you think are they will approved my prtd. May i know my chances roughly 0-100

2 my prd card was expired last march 2017 can i still apply for pr or ask my famiky to apply for me even my prtd is still on process.

3, in anycase if i aplied for pr card while im outside canada and my friends will do all the papers work. iS CIC will send my card at my address in caadaor do i need to picked it up in person.

4 just in case they did not approve my prtd can i stil ask my friend to apply my pr card in canada and send the card for me? Or do i have any option to get my status back?

5, Just incase my status reanouce can i still applied for TRV and do i need to show a big amount of money to get approve for TRV.

Lastly how long for PRTD processing time.

i am Ashokkumar patel landed in canada, on p.r. immigrant on 2007 07 07 with my family.

My self my spouse and two kids .

My first p.r .was renewed on 2012 and than before expiry of that in 2017 i applied for renew it during last five years i stayed here less than 300 days. so they did not renew my p.r card and not consider insufficient H.R ground.

I left Canada on Aug. 17 bcs my p.r. card expired on July 17 at that time my p.r. renewal application was pending

after that on Canadian address February 18 i received a letter to collect the p.r .card within 180 days but at that timei was in India so i applied for travel documents they have not issued me saying me that you lost your p.r. status but to file an apple issued me RX-1 visa on that ground

i came to Canada last day of may18 .and gone to collect p.r. card as par February 18 .letter .

they given me one year validity p.r .card.and reffed the case to the minister under sec 44 which is pending.

Now i do not want to file any case or appeal or legal matter against the authority.

now i am coming to the point my wife ,spouse is almost all citizen waiting for an auth my two kids are Canadian citizen from last couple of years .

now i am leaving Canada in Nov 18 p.r is valid up to January 09 2019 my question is that can my spouse sponsor me on immigrant spousal visa after one year ? .

what type of problem i will have to face at that time .

i am 60 rear old ,does the authority denied it.

in short what is the best way to be p.r. here for five year so i can fulfill the r.o and during that visit India more easy way. thanking you.
