ForumUser	I applied my parents sponsorship case in 2011 and I am wondering if we can add brother to the parents sponsorship application if he is above 22 years of age ( law changed to 19 years starting Aug 2014) and married but has a mental condition and depends on parents. I read on CIC website that this is known as type C dependent and they have not stated whether he/she can be married or not in addition to having mental condition. Thank You for your reply soon.

He wishes to study in Canada while having his PR application ( outland) being processed. Is it possible for him to get a study permit even though I will apply for him in the future for a PR. Do we have to declare upfront the plans for the PR application and that he will leave the country upon termination of the study visa? Thank you, Regards

I was taken to emergency because of breathing problems and the smells seem to be the cause - the smell of ammonia is overwhelming. the landlord keeps telling us to b patient, that he is working on it but, it has been 18 months. is there someone that can test the quality of the air or force the landlord to have a professional cleaning done?

7/13/2016 Topic: Rental House in Forclosure - Being Kicked Out ForumUser	Our landlord walked away from our house and bank looks like is going to be taking over its been three months with no word from anyone we have no idea what's going on then last week received a call from a real estate agent telling us bank wants us out by wend of July they now want all three months rent back plus kicking us out .... Can they demand the rent when they never made any contact with us not a phone call, e mail, or letter just some lady who showed up to see who was living her I asked how do I pay rent she said don't know. What do we do? We live in a duplex so the other sides going threw same thing.

It is more than 56 days since we have landed and we are still awaiting for our Card, the processing time says 54 days. Can you tell us from where do they post the card?
