The landlord is apparently on vacation so his friend is doing business. i paid first and last months rent already and the friend is asking for 500 more dollars for a damage deposit and 100 dollars for the keys. i feel like they are trying to suck the money out of me is this even legal? The contract states once I move out of the apartment they will give back the 600 dollars.

9/5/2017 Topic: Doctor Refused to Fax Prescription Refill ForumUser	My 87 year old mother needed a prescription refilled. Her doctor won't fax it to the drugstore. My father 91 year old father had to go to the office and wait until the doctor could fit him in. He no longer drives, so he needed someone to drive him. If the doctor did not need to see the patient, my mother, why should she refuse to fax a refill?

10/26/2017 Topic: Mail PR card Overseas Once Received in Canada ForumUser	Hello, A friend of a friend is immigrating to canada, however after entering the country and going through the immigration process, before she gets the PR card she has to go back to Singapore, where she is originally from. She is asking me if it is ok for her to give my resident address as the address for her to receive the PR card so I can mail it back to her once I get it. I am not sure if I should be ok with it or if I should say no. So my question is, is there a risk in doing this? What should I do? Thank you so much,

ForumUser	I applied for spousal sponsorship outside canada..after submitting passport for pr, i emailed london uk to ask for extension on pr and misworded saying im going marital stress and arguments i cannot meet deadline can u extend pr and we can get it after. My intention was to get a new deadline and marital stresd was coz of new deadline. They canceled my husbands PR marked canceled without prejudice. And emailed me saying we dont offer extensions pr is cancelled and pls note you also have an option to withdraw your sponsorship if your current situation warrants. Do i need to redo sponsorship or will they allow me to just do Pr application again?
