CPP Survival Benefits

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
You can find some detailed information on CPP eligibility requirements on the Service Canada Website.
According to the Service Canada Website,
Your contributory period begins when you reach age 18 (or January 1, 1966, whichever is later) and ends when you either start receiving your CPP retirement pension, turn 70 or die (whichever happens earliest).
We use the contributory period to calculate the amount of CPP benefits that you may become eligible to receive.
The amount you get considers periods where you had zero or low earnings. A certain number of your lowest earnings years may be automatically dropped from the pension calculation under the so-called "general drop-out provision".
You should also request the "child-rearing provision" if you had zero or low earnings because you were the primary caregiver raising your children.
Regarding Service Canada Website, according to the Allowance for the Survivor section ,
The Allowance for the Survivor is a benefit available to people who have a low income, who are living in Canada, and whose spouse or common-law partner is deceased.
Regarding Service Canada Website, according to the Survivor's Pension section ,
The Canada Pension Plan (CPP) survivor's pension is paid to the person who, at the time of death, is the legal spouse or common-law partner of the deceased contributor.
If you are a separated legal spouse and the deceased had no cohabiting common-law partner, you may qualify for this benefit.
We suggest that you may also want to contact Service Canada directly at:

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
According to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Call Centre, yes, you should list all.
Regarding your second question, you can find some detailed information on the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) website.
Here is an excerpt,
What is dual citizenship?
Every country decides whom it considers to be a citizen. If more than one country recognizes you as a citizen, you have dual citizenship.
You do not apply for dual citizenship and there is no related certificate. Canadians are allowed to take foreign citizenship while keeping their Canadian citizenship.
If you are a permanent resident but not a Canadian citizen, ask the embassy of your country of citizenship about its rules before applying for Canadian citizenship.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to provide a definitive response regarding whether or not you need an assessment of your credentials.
You may need to get your international academic credentials evaluated so that Canadian employers, educational institutions and professional licensing bodies properly recognize them.
Whether or not you need to get your credentials evaluated would depend on the purpose.
You can find some additional information in our Settlement.Org Why should I get my international educational credentials evaluated? article.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
