It is difficult to find services such as the ones you are describing because most services are funded by the government to serve permanent residents.
In such cases, you generally only have the option to contact the coordinators at the educational institutions.
There is one program however that is fairly new and may be helpful. It is called International Student Connect. This is funded by the Government of Ontario and is managed by Costi.
The International Student Connect program includes both online and in-person support for international students in Ontario.
Please note that Settlement.Org does not promote or endorse one service over another. In this case, this is a very unique program in Ontario and therefore we are mentioning.
